Time Line Therapy™

The techniques were developed and introduced by Dr Tad James and Wyatt Woodsmall in 1988. The Time Line can be seen as a model of how our mind works, and how we unconsciously store our memories and significant emotional events along a line from the past, through the present, to the future. Time Line Therapy™ involves an individual's unconscious mind detecting the root cause of a negative emotion or limiting belief, which can then, by following the process, be resolved on an unconscious level. Time Line Therapy™ techniques have demonstrated results in a broad variety of presenting problems. It is a powerful technique which allows clients to make long-lasting changes in a rapid way.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP was developed in the 1970s by John Grinder and Richard Bandler for the purpose of making explicit models of human excellence. Our NLP practitioners can enable you to change your thought processes, behaviours and beliefs. Removing limiting beliefs will free you to be the person you really want to be in life. NLP is a practical therapeutic approach to problem solving. Whatever problem you have, NLP can help.
Our practitioners are certified as NLP Master Practitioners by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.


This is a state of focused attention. You may find that you already go in and out of this type of state naturally throughout the day. For example, if you find yourself daydreaming or lost in your thoughts you are in a natural trance state. Hypnosis utilises a focused state of awareness to achieve specific goals or to make changes at the unconscious level. In a hypnotherapy session we have a specific goal in mind and when we apply ourselves to the acquisition of the goal, all the abilities of the conscious and unconscious mind are activated towards that goal without the usual distractions. Hypnosis has been used to produce unconscious change in individuals since 1843.
Our practitioners are certified as Hypnotherapists by the American Board of Hypnotherapy.

Cognitive Behavioural (CB) Techniques

CB is a psychological approach based on the premise that our thoughts affect our feelings and in turn our behaviours. The CB approach involves identifying and clarifying unhelpful automatic negative thoughts. Clients are then taught how to apply rational challenges to the negative automatic thoughts in order to break up the pattern of thoughts. This in turn will change the unwanted behaviour.
Our practitioners have experience and training in the use of CB techniques.

Life Coaching

Our practitioners create and facilitate change. They promote, coach and support their client's growth and learning, both for professional and personal development. We specialise in cancer coaching and dyslexia coaching for both adults and children.
Our practitioners are certified as NLP Coaches by the American Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
